Objective

When Co-Founder & CEO Rajeev Goel said the goal was to own AI in ad tech — not just participate in the conversation — that became the brief. This initiative was built to deliver on exactly that: a bold, sustained brand presence across owned digital channels, a purpose-built content destination for PubMatic's AI story, and a library of demo videos that make the platform's capabilities concrete and self-serve.

Not AI as a talking point. AI as a brand position.

Strategy

AI Hub — A Dedicated Home for PubMatic's AI Story

The AI Hub was conceived as a standalone page within pubmatic.com — distinct from the Video Hub — built to anchor PubMatic's AI narrative, point of view, and product story in one place. The hero delivers on the brief in two sentences: "AI That Powers the Future of Digital Advertising" — declarative, not hedging — followed by a subheadline that covers both sides of the market across the full supply chain. Own AI in ad tech, right at the top of the page.

The differentiators section carries the positioning further with three pillars — Embedded Everywhere, Transparency You Can Trust, Built for the Open Internet— that directly address the skepticism that comes with any AI claim in this industry. Instead of vague promises, we served up tangible and credible tech, exactly as intended.

AI Demo Video Library: We produced a focused library of demo videos to make PubMatic's AI platform tangible for buyers, publishers, and sales teams — not abstract, not theoretical, but clickable and watchable. The Thought Leadership and AI Product Demos section is the centerpiece of the live page, showcasing the full range of what the team produced:

  • Demo videos: Multiple demos covering the platform UI, features, and workflows, including AgenticOS with Claude

  • Executive video series: CEO Rajeev Goel in conversation with NVIDIA and Scope3, plus AI thought leadership from Co-Founder Amar Goel — giving the Hub credible, named voices behind the AI story

Customer voices round out the page — Realtor.com and WPP Media testimonials alongside resources and blog links give it staying power beyond a single visit, turning the Hub into a destination that works for both thought leadership and conversion long after launch day.

Domain Acquisition

Owning the pubmatic.ai domain wasn't just a nice-to-have — it was a direct expression of the brand position we were staking. I initiated the domain acquisition effort. Getting there required a multi-month effort, a broker negotiation that stalled, but ultimately, by October 2025, it was ours.

Impact

AI Hub live as PubMatic's AI brand home: Launched September 2025 with landing page, sign up form, and video integration — the digital anchor for everything PubMatic is building in AI. The successful domain acquisition of pubmatic.ai is the cherry on top. A real asset, hard-won.

Demo videos activating sales and marketing globally: PubMatic Assistant and AgenticOS demo videos are in active use across the website, sales decks, agency newsletters, and events around the world.

An interconnected content ecosystem: The AI Hub now sits at the center of a linked system — connected to the Video Hub for growing demo content and feeding into our upcoming interactive tours for self-serve conversion. It is built to scale.
