A design firm in Oslo, Norway, Bleed‘s site is sleek and its portfolio impressive. What I like best: The use of cyan-and-black color palette with jarring contrast rollover effect, which is a nice slap to wake your eyes up.

Gridplane‘s sober blue-and-black photos nicely compliments its mechanical design. Yet, the burst of color on rollover snaps you out of that rigidity and offers a nice, almost-like-melting-ice-over-colorful-playground quality to the transition.
